No complaints. A highly enjoyable problem free visit thanks to the highly professional staff. Parking lot and building exterior appeared clean and well maintained. Warmly greeted upon entry by the highly enthusiastic staff members and immediately made to feel welcomed. Order was taken quickly and proficiently without any miscommunication errors. The ordered food was promptly delivered to the table. I found my food to be hot, fresh and extremely delicious. Years ago, I stopped visiting this location due to personal safety concerns over aggressive in your face confrontational panhandling, it's refreshingly nice to revisit without that issue still being problematic. I will not visit when I have safety concerns. Overall extremely satisfied. Chick-fil-A proudly 🇺🇸 supports 🇺🇸 the military community by extending a military discount which is always appreciated.

Accidentally placed a order for the wrong location I sat there for a min before calling the store and following up like I been sitting in my spot for some time now and nobody has brought my order up the lady on the phone asked are you in the red hyundai I said no grey she said okay I’ll bring it out a couple minutes go by she calls me back and says I couldn’t find your car fast forward to me realizing I ordered from wrong location I called back to follow up on refund manager tells me someone else confirmed my name and they gave my order to someone else…. Which I’m sure wasn’t in the car listed and I’m sure didn’t verify anything you guys are just giving food away smh but any who tells me a refund can’t be given for that reason and I tell her the manager that doesn’t make sense as your employee told me and called me back stating she couldn’t find my car now tells me I’ll have to come in for a refund when I’m way on the other side I’ll dispute with all this proof and let the bank hash it out and for the manager who immediately went to trying to blame me instead of holding your employees accountable is insane yes I take accountability for not paying attention to location and assuming it was already on nearest location but not taking accountability for you guys handing orders out to cars that aren’t aligning doesn’t make any sense and to say someone verified the name Ashley Haywood is even more funnier all proof posted of the order I accidentally did and the one I did after me sitting in my spot at the right location and the employee call back

Ordered and did not get my fruits cup valued at $3.35. The salad $4.45 half way filled what a rip off. Decided to return everything and get all my money back because my salad was half empty and they did not put my fruit cup in the bag. Lost my trust of eating the food and do not want to get sick why I just gave all the food back. It's crazy expensive anyways for such small portions.

Great place, good food, great customer service. The only reason why I put 4 stars is because I the drive thru line, when you pull up to order, the person taking your order from the hand held device doesn't have a menu to look at... So they show you a cluttered screen. Take a note from in and out on Broadway and Kolb or canes on Wilmot and Broadway. They have menus hanging from their hand helds to look at.

Food was great, they forgot some stuff with the order but it was busy and it was any easy fix so no big deal. Despite being quite busy they still got the food out very quickly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for better quality fast food in a hurry
