SUPER slow service and no one gives a damn they had receipts and drinks lined up for over 9 ORDERS; bags of food waiting and NO sense of urgency or care!! I ordered ahead on mobile trying to make a quick pick up and 30min later I’m still sitting here waiting for my food that will probably be cold or dried out from sitting under that heat lamp I had to call to get my food and they said it will Come right out which it did meaning it was just sitting there and of course everything was COLD and then they sent a cook out and he just looking at me like I’m bothering him lol wild

I ordered online said it would be ready at 10:47, they tried to say the wait was because of the drive thru they were lying they let my food sit there 17 minutes. They brought it outat 11.07. I live a couple blocks away my food was cold. The French fries were like they were fridgerated. FyI there Greece is old and bad. Nasty thanks. How stupid do you think people are. Quit lying to people. I worked in reasteraunts 20 years...you received my order prior to those people pulling up to the drive thru..They need better restraunt managers in Tucson. It seems most these fast food restaurants aren't run correctly. Soooo sad! I thought maybey they were really busy. But absolutely there behavior is bad and they love to trigger people. I very never seen anything like this. I went back to tell them there were rocks or bone or something in myhamburger. These people dont care. So i asked for a plane large cup of ice cream. They hand me a large shake charge me over 7.00 and tell me to wait for what i dont know. They refuse to give me plain ice cream they made the shake without telling me they were gunna give me a shake . Ive never been so intimidated in my life. That restraunt needs to be shut down before they hurt people. Or they need a whole new staff. .

Stopped by last night needing a quick bite to eat. My husband decided to park in a spot instead of the line. Which wasn't too long. After deciding and pushing the order button, we hear mumbles and drive thru. We thought she said she'd be with us in minute after the drive thru order. Another vehicles pulls in next to us a few minutes later, pushes button and again I hear drive-thru, a bit more clearly than our resposne. I said to my husband "did she tell us and them to go to the drive thru?" He didnt think that was possible so we still waited. He pushes the button again and is now clearly told to go to drive thru (by someone different). Had we been told this clearly the fist time instead some mumbling we would have moved and not wasted so much time. We move to the drive thru, much longer now even though its after 10:30 pm. Two cars leave the line the service was so bad. So we got to order fairly quick. Car in front of us is gets to window and gets food almost immediately. We confirm with the girl at window what we ordered she takes card to other side to process payment and comes back. We wait, and wait and wait. She comes back almost 10 minutes later and asks us what we were waiting on. We tell her, again and get the food a minute or two later. We pull into a spot to eat. Can't drive and eat chili cheese dogs driving. Too messy. NO ketchup for the fries, terrible service and food was barely ok. Will never go to this location again. Have some staff at night to take care of customers properly. It took us a good 45 minutes in all to stop, order, get food and leave. Dont bother replying telling me to contact someone so the drive thru can be held accountable. This review and all the others is more than enough to make changes and hold them accountable.

Service here is always very slow. I use the Sonic app to order ahead, drive there, park and check in, and then wait. It's a coin flip whether they'll bring the order out or I'll eventually have to go through the drive through and give them my name, apparently the app doesn't alert them when you check in sometimes. Recently I paid on the app for a couple of drinks and burgers, waited 15 minutes after checking in, tried the drive-through, drive-through didn't move for 10 minutes, and for the first time drove off without an order. I love the drinks, the atmosphere is fine and the staff are always friendly and apologetic, but this location seems very short-staffed, it's way too big of a time sink even when ordering ahead.

Great place to get a quick bite to eat. Food always hot and tastes good. Staff is always nice (Lucas is the goat) Place is as clean as it could be for being open access to the public 24/7
