THANK YOU AILEEN! This was my first experience at Whataburger and Aileen was fabulous. She answered my questions about the menu and provided excellent customer service. This girl was running the cash register, working curbside pick-up, AND dropping food off inside the dining room. I love how Whataburger servers have the condiments and napkins ready to go when they drop off your food. I ordered a patty melt w/ grilled onions (a top 3 Whataburger option) and it was juicy! The hype is REAL, I loved my meal. The fries paired with my melt were crunchy, perfectly hot, and the right color! I topped my meal off with a sugar-free lemonade to make myself feel better hahaha. Overall, the aesthetic of this location isn't much to look at on the outside but DO NOT underestimate this establishment, its classic for a reason. Thank you Texas! Oh, and don’t forget to collect points.

If you're gonna charge for sauce, give the Customer the sauce they paid for. I was given someone elses order that had gravy when i ordered ranch and buffalo sauce, which i paid for. I also had to repeat my order over drive through. I ordered the #13 and when they read it back they thought i said two of them and i let them know i just wanted one. You could hear people in the background over the speaker and when I pulled up to the window the cashier had an attitude when I was trying to confirm my name for the orderthe name and she made a snarky comment to the people in the kitchen and handed me my food. Apparently this is not the first time someone else has had this complaint. The customer service was not good.

As a born and raised Texan i’ve been to lots of water burgers (yes this is how most Texans call it) I’ve gotta say this was one of the best ones i’ve been too. Who ever was toasting the bread did an amazing job i could actually taste the butter 10/10. The fries and gravy were hot. Lastly, the girls running the drive thru were amazingly kind and upbeat. Food and Employees were amazing

It's ok for fast food. Nothing I would write home about. Service was quick and friendly. The facility was clean and the volume of the music was pleasant. Food was hot and OK for fast food. I will admit I would come here before McDonald's or Burger King any time.

Yummy! Great burger joint, I had the #1 burger meal. Self service fountain drinks as well as freshly made iced tea. Staff is very nice and they brought our food to the table. As well as a tray to pick out extra condiments , so cool! They also have a person hanging around in the lobby , attentive and ready to help out. Thx bro for opening the bathroom for me. I really enjoyed the food and thier service
