I dont love the change to the regular veggie patty, and have gone much less, but its still a good vegetarian option in a pinch. The impossible patties, or whatever you used to have were much better though Theyre VERY accommodating—sometimes i ask them to put things on the side so it doesnt get soggy and they never have a problem

This has been our go-to burger spot for quite some time, but the quality of both food and service has been slipping. That may be due to post-pandemic staffing issues or inexperience, but the decline is noticeable. Tonight, our to-go order was disappointing. The burgers were not hot and were undercooked (see image). This is ground beef—it needs to be cooked to a safe temperature of 165°. The fries were also cold, and we live only three blocks away, so travel time wasn’t the issue. A year or two ago, I would have easily given this place 4 stars. It’s unfortunate to see things trending in the wrong direction. At one point, I felt they offered the best burger for the money. I can’t say that anymore. I genuinely hope they’re able to turn things around. [EDIT 2/4/22] The Habit reached out promptly through HabitListens, and I returned for another visit. I ordered a Charburger with cheese, and this time they delivered—excellent quality. It’s clear the company pays attention to feedback. Good on them. Updated rating: 4 stars. [EDIT 3/22/2026] My wife’s BBQ chicken sandwich was a sloppy mess and even had a long hair in it. My wife said that's our last visit. As a result, I’ve lowered my rating to 2 stars. I’m not interested in coupons or free meals—I’m simply looking for consistent quality and service, and unfortunately, The Habit no longer meets that standard for me. P.S. They can be thankful I didn’t post a photo of that sandwich.

Food is good but the staff is always rude literally about everything. They always complain to you instead of management of their issues. Also every habit burger is always weird about card payments like it's 1978. You have to wait weeks for any refunds and I have always had to do a charge back with the bank for even small adjustments they can't be trusted to do refunds.

This is the best Habit location in all of Fresno. Food was fresh and great as always. In my opinion customer service is most important. Shout out to Regina there. She exceeded excellence in customer service. She was very nice, patient and resolved a minor issue with my order promptly. Go by and experience the awesome customer service. I will definitely keep coming back. Thanks Habit Team and Regina for an awesome experience.
