I have come here before, and the drive-through is usually fast and very efficient. Today was Veterans day, and both my wife and I are Veterans/Active Duty so we went to enjoy a free meal. Thank you to all companies that do this. We drove up to the drive-through and asked for the meal, we were told that it is only available inside the store...ok. So we wait in the line, go park and walk inside. We ask the lady for the meal and she asks for our ID's. I show my physical ID because i'm active duty, my wife pulls up her VA status card on her phone and the lady says, "Not sure if we accept that, hold on." and goes to wave over a manager. My wife begins to explain that the Status Cards are all online now, and you can't get a physical copy. She would rather have a physical copy, but can't. The lady at the front, who hasn't served a day in her life, doesn't believe us and still calls the manager over. The manager insects the phone... I mean, hardcore inspecting the screen and reading everything about my wifes time in service and then informs the front lady that she's fine to order. So we order the 2 meals or whatever and we ask to take them To-Go. She says it's dine-in only. Really Chick-Fil-A? You want to not only double-check every veteran that walks in here, but you want to waste their time too? I feel bad, because the food was free, but i've never had an issue with any place like this in the past on Veterans Day. So we sit down and wait for our food, another lady delivers it and we asked for To-Go bags... then left. this place is usually very helpful and fast, but tried way too hard on Veterans day. Like come on.

I stopped by Chick-fil-A and it’s easy to see why the place is always busy. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and the staff were surprisingly friendly for a fast-food spot. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich combo, and it was simple but really good. The chicken was juicy with a perfectly crispy coating, served on a soft toasted bun with pickles. It’s not complicated, but the quality of the chicken really stands out. The waffle fries were another highlight—crispy on the outside, soft inside, and perfect for dipping in their famous Chick-fil-A sauce. Overall, Chick-fil-A is one of those fast-food chains that focuses on doing a few things really well. The food tastes fresh, the service is fast, and it’s a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal.

One of the best meals we've had in a long time. The flavors were bold, balanced, and deeply satisfying. Our server anticipated our needs before we even asked. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive without ever being intrusive. The relaxed energy made us want to settle in and stay a while. Generous portions and fair prices make it a great deal. Little touches throughout the meal made the evening even more special. The kitchen turns out consistently delicious, well-crafted dishes. Our server's recommendations were spot on. A genuine treasure we're grateful to have found.

the service is great here, I just eanted to leave a review because the funniest thing happened. I ordered a pretty large order and I put 1 sauce only, I didnt think much of it but I assumed they would've given me more due to the order size. but im the one who put one so that is truly entirely on me. so 5 stars because they listen! they saw i asked for one and gave me exactly what I asked for! amazing customer service. I absolutely love it here

There needs to be better drive thru etiquette. 4/2/26 at 530pm there are 2 people working in the drive thru and they are both flip flopping to both sides. There was myself and one other car behind me waiting for several minutes. A car that just pulled up, she left our line and went to other line with car that just got there. I've never seen them flip flop like that before and they kept doing it. It needs to be first come first serve to rhe best of the stores ability
