The burgers here are really tasty, and I especially love the fries, they are my favorite. The only downside was the atmosphere during my visit. There were a few homeless people inside the restaurant. They didn’t bother or interact with us at all, but one person was constantly walking around checking trash bins and looking for leftover food, going in and out repeatedly. It didn’t create any direct issues, but it did make the experience feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the food is good, but the environment can sometimes affect the dining experience.

We hadn't been to BK in a long time, We've seen recent ads about how they've improved their food based on customer feedback, so we tried it out. I ordered the Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper meal with onion rings and my 17 year old son got the Double Whopper with Bacon and Cheese meal with halfsies (fries/rings). I wasnt very impressed with my meal. The burger was tasty, but nothing extraordinary. The beef patties was a bit on the thin side. And the onion rings (which I was looking forward to the most) were not crispy. My son enjoyed his a lot, and I added his age as a reference. He's an active teen that will eat almost anything you put in front of him. And he'll find everything he eats "bomb." Truth be told, I work at McDonald's and think they have better burgers. Their Arch burger IS BOMB. Not being biased. I'd say the same thing if I worked at another fast food joint 🤷🏽‍♀️

Great service for the most part, but I bought bacon 🥓 and my hamburger 🍔 didn't have any bacon 🥓 on it.

Refused to refund my online order until pressed for nearly ten minutes after waiting twenty minutes for my order. Provided both order confirmation and bank statement. Still wanted to argue with me. Do not recommend. Exceptionally poor service.

Great customer service and the food was great. I don’t know if they have Popeye and Cruzito working there. Cause I was dining in enjoying my Texas Double whopper when all of a sudden I hear “te Voy agarar el pan”… I thought he was talking about the buns with his co worker. I just brushed it off. Then a few minutes later I hear “te Voy a despeinar alla abajo, Marita”. I almost choked on my delicious burger rolling on the floor laughing. They must be practicing lines for the next movie.
