The restaurant was busy but disruptions to guest were limited. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of spacing with an easy order process- I used the app. The staff are efficient and accommodating but, I didn’t get the second mile service chick fil a is known for. The chicken deluxe was fresh and tasted as great as they usually do. The large fries were good but may not have been fresh since, they turned cold quick. Overall 4/5 I will be returning to try breakfast as well, to see if the quality improved.

Very slow. Lots of employees, pretending. To look busy. Don't bother coming for lunch. They don't started preparing your order until you get to the restaurant, and they take forever. Unless you have an hour lunch - don't even try. If you have an hour, there are much better places right across the street for the price. This place is a joke. I have been waiting 20 minutes for a chicken biscuit and a hashbrown, and there as been no like inside the entire time. Trash

I had a fantastic experience at Chick-fil-A. This location in downtown Los Angeles is very convenient, whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or a snack on the go. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Even during busy hours, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure every customer felt valued. Their service is consistently efficient, which made my visit smooth and enjoyable. Of course, the food was excellent! The chicken sandwiches were fresh and perfectly cooked, and the waffle fries were crispy and delicious. The menu has a nice variety of options, including healthier choices, which is great for anyone with different preferences. I also appreciated how organized and fast the drive-thru and counter service were. It’s clear that the team takes pride in both the food quality and customer experience. Overall, Chick-fil-A is a top-notch spot for anyone in the downtown LA area looking for tasty, high-quality food and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great food and friendly service, as always! The chicken sandwiches are delicious, but the wait times can be a bit long during peak hours. Overall, it's a solid spot for a quick meal when you're not in a rush.

Mainly over through Uber eats. In the last 4 orders either the sauce, salsa or dressing for the salad is missing. This is a service issue. Food is great like all locations but the attention to detail needs some work.
