This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had. I was initially charged for my order, and when the employee Diana realized an item was missed, I agreed to correct the transaction properly. I specifically asked her to refund the original charge and then charge the correct amount again. She said she processed the refund and charged me again. I had no issue paying the correct amount. However, the way this was handled is completely unacceptable: • No card confirmation for the refund • No refund receipt provided • No proof that any refund was actually processed At this point, I have two charges on my account and no verification that the original transaction was refunded. When I asked for a manager or owner, I was told “I don’t know” multiple times, and that she was not supposed to provide that information. The behavior was also extremely unprofessional: • She is often on her phone while taking orders and making mistakes without acknowledging it • She repeatedly addressed me as “mama,” which is inappropriate • She told me to “calm down” despite me remaining calm and respectful • She called me rude while I was simply asking for clarification • She recorded me during the interaction • I was not given the opportunity to properly explain my concern I want to be clear — I had no issue paying. I own a business myself and understand that businesses must charge correctly. My only expectation was that the transaction be handled properly and transparently. She has zero communication skills! Zero customer service! Not knowing how to process a refund is one thing, but it does not justify this level of unprofessional behavior, especially when handling customers’ payments. We eat often in this place ! We bring Bussness. We had big production photoshoot in this place ! Other stuff super friendly, professional, Wellcoming! Diana DOES NOT have this skills . Since no clear information or resolution was provided, I will be escalating this issue to the appropriate city consumer protection authorities so it can be reviewed, and to ensure proper procedures and professional standards are followed when handling customer payments. I left the location without proof of a refund and feeling disrespected and mistreated. This situation needs to be taken seriously.

A diner like atmosphere in downtown serving typical American food with a welcoming hospitality. We ordered a chicken sandwich and burger. The chicken sandwich was rather large and flavorful. The burger is what you'd expect. So too are the fries. The nice addition was the yummy onion rings we had. Highly recommend the onion rings here. The diner is rather small. We sat at the bar and it was nice to see how our good was being prepared. The cook was gracious and kind. Only one restroom. The location could use a bit of cleaning.

Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. They charge a $2.00 fee to use the restroom. Before arriving, I had planned to purchase some food to try it out, but I was with my young child, who needed to use the restroom. The staff member told my daughter, "Spend $2.00, then you can pee." When I finally caught up to my daughter and learned what had happened, I immediately decided not to patronize the establishment anymore. The woman at the front counter left a negative impression on several customers due to her attitude over the restroom situation. Because of this experience, I advise others to enter at their own risk, as I will not be returning.

Amazing burger joint in town! The fries were so addictive and I kept going back to eat more despite being so full. For the burgers, both chicken and beef burgers were very delicious. The best part was the service. The people were nice and were very patient.
