The food is edible and the employees are nice. Chipotle is known for their stingy portion sizes so make sure you don’t mobile order. Ask for a little more kindly if you feel like you get shorted.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and always order a veg bowl. Unfortunately, the staff behavior has been consistently rude. They laugh, exchange looks, and respond with disrespectful smiles when I place my order. Because I don’t ask to add tofu, guacamole in my veg bowl it cost me extra. I am a student it doesn’t allow my pocket. I always pay my full bill, what’s so funny for them, this treatment feels unfair and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect basic respect regardless of what I order. This experience felt discriminatory, racism and I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper customer service and sensitivity training to their staff.

Went in 9/8 6:50pm, a lot of food are out already and brown rice I got is under cooked. When I double checked the price with the employee they said “these people don’t read the sign, etc”. Overall very rude and unprofessional. Very poor QA of chipolet.

WORST establishment EVER. I came to pick up my order and the manager clearly lied and said that someone already came in to pick it up and gave my confirmation number to her. My boyfriend ordered it online and he is in a different state, he’s the only one with the confirmation number, so basically it was pure laziness to make me my order and told me to just cancel it online. Worst customer service ever. You need to hire better people or you’ll lose your business thank you. If I could give you a negative star review for picking poor managment I would

Some of the comments are so true. This location is pretty stingy with portion size. There was hardly any meat in my bowl. I asked for extra salad in my salad bowl and got regular serving size of other chipotle locations. No extra at all. Plus the salad tasted mildewy 🤢 It was not fresh or clean. I asked for 2 scoops of pico and got 1.5 scoops. I pretty much order the same thing at Chipotle all the time no matter what location I go to and this time the bowl was lighter. You can really feel the lower weight. I asked for a side of sour cream and only got half a cup. Service was ok. Food tasted ok except the salad. The place can be a little bit cleaner and replace the full trash bins. Don't think I'll be back at this location anytime soon.
