Only had couple parking spots available. Not sure if the parked cars belonged to the workers at the restaurant. Drive thru available. Friendly and prompt service. The 10-piece legs and thighs price is $4 higher than Louisiana locations.

I placed an online pickup order two nights ago. I ordered at 9:25 PM, and it said it would be ready by 9:35 PM. I already paid in full online and drove all the way there to pick it up. When I arrived, the door was locked, and the employees inside just told me, “We’re done,” and refused to help or even talk to me. I couldn’t get my food, and I couldn’t even enter the store. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I was basically ignored after I had already paid. I contacted customer service for a refund, but it’s now been two days with no response, no update, and no resolution. Absolutely unacceptable. Never ordering from here again.

The chicken here is genuinely excellent—great flavor and consistently high quality. My only note is that the fountain drink station (and honestly, the restaurant overall) could benefit from a more frequent deep cleaning, maybe on a weekly schedule. A little extra attention there would really elevate the whole experience.

I placed a big order and when I got home items were missing from the bag. I didn’t have time to go back I had to catch a flight and when I called customer service to get reimbursed they said this is being looked into by management. Two weeks go by and no reimbursement was done. I called back and the lady said this is still being look into by management. Any other app when you order food and you talk to customer service, they go ahead and reimburse you for the missing items. This company does not care. The chicken I received more than half of it was extremely dry and hard.
