This location is so nice the quality of the service and food was amazing! We were greeted by Byron with excellent customer service and helped us to look our way around the menu and figure out the right combinations of what to order! Definitely bringing my family back here for the food and great service! 😊

Omg this place was so delicious!!!! I’m a huge foodie and I love a good smash burger! The fries were seasoned perfectly! The smash sauce was yummy, the burger was cooked to perfection. This place was giving Bay Area realness!

Im all about the "smash" burger and what other place than at this joint. Happy to see they put the old KFC to used as the West Oakland one is hit or miss with large crowds and no parking. Pulled in not knowing if it would be packed. Walked in, in which Mario greeted me with such an infectious smile. I was planning on ordering at the kiosk like they make you at the other location and he proudly took my order. Since I was in the mood for a shake, even went with his suggestion. Stellar customer service from Mario and even Byron who his shift ended, asked how the food and service was. Truly goes above and beyond and customer service ain't easy.
