I love this place. This particular location the food is always fresh and always made correctly. Today I tried ordering through the app and it kept giving me an error message so I decided to use my QR code inside because I was using my points for a free small frosty. Something was wrong with the system and they were not able to scan my QR code, which also explains error message. Fortunately Raquel said she would honor the coupon and give me the frosty. I was so very grateful and the exact right thing for her to do in the situation. Thank You Raquel for making my experience so pleasant!! Wendy's for the WIN for hiring good people, honoring their coupons and delivering a great meal/ experience!! Thank you Wendy's on International in Oakland!!

The food is good than the last time I came fr and it changed. I got 2 biggie bags (each 6 bucks) and it didn't disappoint 🔥 The service was good 9/10. Its clean and has a welcoming atmosphere which is a big plus. There is room for parking most of the time. Overall, a good one to come dine in :) ❤️

What the hell is this dude I’m tempted to drive back there and throw it across their counter this is not acceptable 22$ for something I can’t even eat do not come here I’m pissed

Customer service is always great only complaint is my fries wasn’t fresh like medium warm There’s two restroom but only one for customers and it’s always nasty so they don’t clean the restrooms for the customers so you ain’t be able to use the restroom because they don’t let you use the 2nd one which now all of a sudden for employees only

Love this place nestled in the beautiful city of Oakland this upscale eatery tops the fast food chain with its quality food and made properly just like any other Wendy's gotta love the fact that you can expect the same quality from any Wendy's no matter the location. I love the frostys there, the bomb!
