We live across the street from this Taco Bell, but we barely go here because most of the employees are very rude or messed up on our food often. But tonight I have to say right as I walked in the door I got greeted with a smile by Janelle and when we asked for the incharito She said they didn’t make it but then when We asked if they could put it together. She called a gentleman over to see if there was a button and his name was Ante. These two are exceptional, and so funny, if they work often, I will be there more often, and my food was made perfect. Even though the other two guys that were working were very rude. But Janelle and Ante Made it worth going. Keep up the good work you too!!!

Decided to try something new and stopped by this KFC over here in Sacramento for the first time. Just watched them whip up my order right on time, no waiting around at all. I’d gone for a quote from another place too, but it felt like the right choice to go with these guys. The food was just what I expected, hot and crispy—definitely hit the spot!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BATHROOM CONDITIONS - Just because one bathroom is “broken” doesn’t meaning should have to walk on stranger’s urine and defecation EVERYWHERE. You should be MORTIFIED of your establishment… meanwhile, like 8 people working. SMH this is a biohazard - staff so rude and non-understanding or caring at all. Shame

Stopped here for my fiance. He said everything from Taco Bell was great. And I'll have to agree with him on the high rating for service and atmosphere. Other than the bathroom being dirty. Employees were friendly and the security guard was chill/cool 😎. I love downtown and old Sacramento. There's plenty to do and so many awesome shops. They have lots of hole in the wall shops that are worth checking out! Hope you enjoy old Sacramento!
