Cashiers were awfully rude, and incompetent. Didn’t give our receipts before closing the window, forgot orders, and took OVER AN HOUR!!! For ONE BURGER!!!! ONE BURGER. A WHOLE HOUR. No professionalism, no quality, my food was cold. DO NOT stop here at all costs. Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. Not to mention we witnesses cars get trapped in the drive through for over an hour with no literal way to escape. Again, DO NOT go here.

Ordered online, showed them the order number and was told to wait for 30 minutes then was later told that they claimed they never received the order. They did not offer a refund or to make the order. I confirmed that I sent the order to the correct location. Waited over an hour and a half for nothing.

This particular checkers was terrible. We stopped on our way to an event in DC the whole family got food. Not one of us got what we ordered mustard all over my sandwich couldn't even eat the thing every one of our burgers were custom the way we wanted them none of them came that way. We paid almost $50 for food that was not edible. I literally talked my family into going too checkers because it's better (not anymore) Go to the McDonald's across the street I would never recommend that on the regular but you don't want to eat here. Terrible wait time. Incorrect orders. The only thing we ate French fries I tried to eat my burger because I knew I would not get to eat until evening. There was that much mustard on it even forcing myself I could only eat half. Keep in mind there was not supposed to be any ketchup or mustard on this burger.

The food was good specifically the fries. I am pregnant right now so I am very particular about my fries. They were good! Thomas was a big help. I hope he is recognized for his hard work as he was working both drive thru and the front counter. We appreciate it! I came with my brother and sis and they enjoyed the food as well.

Stopped here after a fun trip to Washington DC and the drive through lady that was working exactly at 1:43 was completely rude and gave the most nasiest attitude, she wouldn't give us a straw for my drink then she started to call somebody which I think was the cops because I knocked on the window demanding my straw and she wouldn't because I yelled at her. I wish I would have recorded her so everyone can be aware to not to go to this shitty checkers. Worst fastfood experience ever.
