Today, I needed a quick lunch. As soon as I walked in, the Cashier, Cody, was attentive, waved me up to the counter, took my order, and gave me my meal within minutes. Cody was extremely professional, smiled while providing the service. I haven’t had fast food in years and this experience was great! My meal was great, and Cody made sure to repeat my order before the final checkout. 5 star service!

This Chickfila is always busy but is very efficient. The owner is constantly helping the other employees and is a team player. I love this location downtown. Great spot for a quick lunch or breakfast! I really love the breakfast!

I recently visited this place while in DC and tried their classic waffle fries — they were pretty good, as expected. I went in the afternoon, so there wasn’t much else I could try. The place was well kept, especially considering how busy they were.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from this location a few days ago and found a bug on the tomato in my sandwich. So glad the tomato slipped out of the sandwich before I ate it. I called the customer service line and was told that the issue would be escalated to the franchise owner and I would hear from them soon, but no one reached out.
