Had to wait 13 minutes in line while there was only one cashier taking orders with zero sense of urgency. Took her 10 minutes to set up the app with a customer while the line built up. Waited about 12 minutes more to get food. Waste of your 30 minute lunch break for "fast" food.

Placed a mobile order for breakfast, my man went to go get it and seen that my food was ready but was ignored when trying to get workers attention, and was directed (by literal pointing) to order at the register even though I had placed a mobile order. Don’t ignore my man, stop popping them gums and pay attention to customers, thx.

I was tight on time and super hungry so I ordered a snack wrap. I thought to myself that there was no way a snack wrap could go bad. I was wrong. After this meal, I do believe that there is no way that McDonald’s as a food chain should exist. How could a snack wrap taste inedible ?? How could fries taste like petroleum? People should not be consuming this. The taste of the thing was nowhere near being food. It was utterly disgusting and disrespectful. I’ve gone around the world and when I’ve ordered McDonald’s, I knew I was having food. NOT in the U.S. - it is no where near real.

This place is always super clean there is always a place to sit and the staff don't bother you even if you don't place a order might be a little slow but ur fries are always super hot customize everything it always comes out just right they do pay attention to detail

I recently visited the McDonald's on 17th St, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience. The staff, who are mostly Latinx, are incredibly kind and welcoming, making the visit feel special right from the start. They go out of their way to ensure that every customer feels valued and taken care of. The service is fast and efficient, but what really stands out is the warmth and friendliness of the employees. This location has a positive and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend this McDonald's for its excellent customer service and welcoming environment!
