Just horrible. I can't wait till robots replace incompetent employees. Sounds harsh, but imagine waiting like 30-40 minutes for food, breaking open a **sealed** bag upon delivery and realizing you didn't include your shake. A DRINK HOLDER INSIDE of the bag with a lemonade inside but no shake. Just an empty slot. Also you can't even get in contact with the manager, intentionally. I've called about 20 times within the last few hours because it's about the principal of the matter. Customers shouldn't have to deal with this. Absolutely unprofessional and I'm absolutely done with this location and so is my family. Finished.

Food came out quick and service was exemplary. One crew member especially, Miles, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when there was a mix up with our orders. His service made shake shack feel like a Michelin star restaurant. Thank you, Miles. 🐐

I love me some Shake Shack but the staff at this particular location was top notch. They were super friendly, full of kindness and used basic manners (when I was thank you, they said you're welcome). Love it!

First time in Washington DC and first time in a Shake Shack. Easy to self order, good delivered quickly to the table. Backgrounds music enjoyable but not as enjoyable as the food. Burgers were unreal, meat melted in the mouth. There crinkle cut fries and the onion rings went down well too. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Great location to people watch too whilst you munch on a burger.
