I got a frozen custard from here, and honestly, this was really disgusting. The custard was very runny and liquidy, nothing like frozen custard is supposed to be. The worst part is that there appeared to be insects in it. At first, I thought the small red dots might just be crumbs or pieces from the toppings, so I removed a few without realizing what they were. Later, when I noticed another one and decided to zoom in with my phone camera, it looked like an insect. This is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable. I have attached the pictures so people can see for themselves. Please be careful and check your order before eating.

Arthur was so kind and helpful! He appreciates teachers and nurses, he knew it was our appreciation week. He went out his way to bring over our food, was helping customers out, and has a positive spirit! Highly recommend coming to this Shake Shack!

I don’t quite understand why so many people love Shake Shack, but everyone has different tastes. I do enjoy their cheese fries, though they only put a small amount of cheese on top — to me, cheese fries should have cheese covering all the fries. The burger itself was decent, but the bun was cut so thin that there was hardly enough to hold the sandwich together. Service was also very slow; it took over 10 minutes to get a burger and fries.

Everything was sooo perfect I really enjoyed eating in here, I’m from Poland and I miss burgers from my hometown and they are tasting just like home! Highly recommended! Also the people that work here are amazing 😎

I visited after a basketball game with some friends on 6/6 at around 11:40 PM. We ordered food and drinks and noticed our drinks were already sitting by the drink station. I politely asked an employee working there if we could get our drinks, and he simply responded, “No.” His tone came across as rude and dismissive. I asked if he was serious, and the interaction remained unprofessional until another staff member stepped in and handed us our drinks. The reason I’m not leaving a lower rating is because the other employees we interacted with were much more friendly and professional. The woman who gave us our drinks was helpful, and the employee making sure only customers were using the restroom was also very kind. The woman near the bathroom, in particular, provided excellent customer service. I hope management addresses this, because one negative interaction can impact the overall experience. The other staff members I encountered represented the restaurant much better and deserve recognition for their professionalism.
