Ordered 10:48pm June 18th. got there 11:105pm. informed by girl at counter she gave my food to wrong person 11:18pm. She then said they were remaking it. 11:50pm another guy came to register said they couldn't remake it, i asked for refund and they said they would remake. so they hadn't even started. Got food at midnight. Got one tiny enchilada (a new menu item special) and the other item (underwelming chicken fahita nacho fries) was only half full. Didn't receive any sauce packets. Very disappointed. I order from here 3-4 times a week. I probably will not be back for a while. They didn't care at all.

A true lack-of-order (the employee's seemed confused on how to create the ordered meals) and poor quality with delivering invaluable service! Also, none of our items were labeled correctly and employees absolutely did not care!!

Best TB in the city. The team there gets it done and well. You can usually find parking across the street too.

By far the Nastiest Flattest Crunchwrap I’ve ever had. Literally no meat whatsoever just a bunch of lettuce, sauce, & tomatoes 🤮

DO NOT ORDER from here using a delivery service. After calling -- ONLY after calling - did they begin to prepare my order 25 minutes after Uber Eats indicated it was ready for pickup despite the delivery guy messaging me and the person who answered call confirming it was not even being prepared. But... she said... since I called, they would start to prepare. what?!?! Totally a breakdown and probably the reason the original Taco Bell / KFC hybrid around the corner failed.
