Stopped by this fast food spot and had a great experience. The food was hot, fresh, and came out quick. What stood out most was the general manager—professional, friendly, and clearly running things the right way. You can tell the team is well-managed. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

This must be the absolute worst fast food location I’ve ever experienced. I cannot fathom that the positive reviews are anything other than plants to boost ratings. Went through the drive thru, approached the window and the lady just stuck her hand out for payment. Not a single word. I couldn’t help but notice the guy just hanging in through the walk up window, which must’ve been why the lady working couldn’t care less. She handed me my change and drink and told me to go around to the other window. Sitting at the mobile order window, the same lady eventually stuck her arm out with my food. So much for the convenience of drive thru. I park my truck, get out and walk to the window. Again, not a single word was spoken by her. Beyond the lackluster service, the food was appalling. The burger was actually cold and the fries were room temperature at best. This is clearly an established where management and ownership does not care about anything or anyone, including turning a profitable business.

Order to go! Had issue with app, it denied my simple order! Went to outdoor order window and reordered. Three female clerks there were exceptionally helpful and nice, and busting their happy arses to get business done! Was actually a fun filled moment! They got the order right, where app failed!

Waited at the drive thru for a few minutes, guy mumbles if I’m ready order? Like I already waited a couple minutes and nobody said anything now I can barely hear ya and you’re telling me if I’m ready? So I wait then I head another minute later to pull up and order at the window? Like what? So confused and annoyed at this point I just pulled away and left. Awful experience, horrible communication and interest in taking a customer, just explains it all I guess

The food was one of the worst very very, very salty food I have ever eaten. It is a straight up diabetes. Staff is friendly. Staff is cool but the food every time I go to that branch is very very, very salty the chicken or the beef patties. I have no idea why.
