Every time I go here to this location night shift worker named shaleeka or shalakea He name is something like that , 1# she lied to me about her name #2 she is very rude and disrespectful. She says they don’t have any chicken #3 yells at you to rush out of the window line because of her timer Calls me out my name and just very unprofessional She definitely needs to stay working for Popeyes because she definitely won’t get hired anywhere else with that attitude Popeyes do better please just because it’s fried chicken doesn’t mean we can’t have a positive customer experience smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ I hope a manager talks to her about her attitude when she is closing

Go to fast service very polite crew . First time I've been to Popeyes in a very long time because it seems like every location I go to they're always out of everything. A very pleasant surprise that they had what I wanted was freshly prepared quick service all around an awesome experience.

10:47 pm this place is horrible had no movement in drive threw sat there for 30 minutes had to co.e in saw people chatting with guys and not doing they job whoever the manager is needs to be fired I definitely have video and this place does not sanitary at all news will be there trust me after this video! This location needs be shut down!

They gave me a large Red beans and rice with the beans and rice already mixed together but more rice than beans with a thin of plain rice on top to cover the disaster. One time I only got a large plain rice NO RED BEANS🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ it's always something with them but I keep going back🤦🏾‍♀️DO BETTER‼️

Im back bringing a 3 for $6 back, because the smells like it was cooked in burned or old oil. The same employee that was outside talking on the phone, when I was here 20 minutes ago, was still out front doing the same; as customers are speeding off ( as they are out of chicken). The person that was outside front talking on the phone, was the manager, as he had to come in and issue my refund. I wanted wings but they were out. Not sure why they are open until 11pm when they run out of food before 10:30? IAs I've said before, the stores in the 32209 zip code are subpar and have a poor customer service.
