Easy parking, clean establishment. Nice atmosphere. I ordered honey BBQ. As you can see there's no veggie but it's decent if you like basic protein and carb. Nice meal with reasonable price. What stood out to me is the service; which changed my expectation to fast food chain. Nice and friendly staff is under statement.

I'm not sure how long they have been open... but they probably should have trained a little longer. Who wraps burgers upside down? Each meal we asked for, we were asked multiple times if we wanted a meal. Why don't they come in smalls? Not sure. Who develops a restaurant with only 1 restroom for each gender? It was big enough for 2 stalls at least... but I had to listen to the poor employee fight for her life flushing the toilet while I waited my turn after being on the road 3 hours.

My husband and I were visiting Jacksonville, and this was our first time trying Whataburger. Rosali was incredibly friendly and patient while explaining the menu options to us. She was also very hardworking and attentive. Whenever there were no customers at the register, she stayed busy making sure the dining area was clean and welcoming. Her excellent customer service made our experience even more enjoyable.

I've loved Whataburger for years, and was super hyped to find out one was opening near my house. I came here 2 days after they opened. Service was slow, food was cold, they forgot the spicy ketchup, which is one of the things that makes Whataburger special. Overall a bad experience, but they just opened so I didn't fault them for it. I've been back 2 times since and both times the experience was exactly the same. Cold food, messed up order in one way or another, and extremely slow service, even when I was the only person in line. What could be taking them so long? Missing the spicy ketchup every time, too. Its printed on the receipt. How hard is it to just put it in the bag? Tonight, while waiting in line, there was some kind of alarm going off in the parking lot that I had to sit and listen to while they took their sweet time putting my cold food in the bag. Honestly it's just embarrassing that a place so new is already run like this.

I asked if they were hiring and they said no… so why is there still a “Now Hiring” sign outside? If y’all not hiring! That really doesn’t make sense. Either way, I wouldn’t want to work in an environment where things aren’t clear or organized like that. This the worst location!! I see why I see a lot of bad reviews here!! I understand now. I had to check it out for myself! My fries are TO DARN SALTY
