This was my first time visiting Dave’s Hot Chicken and I had a great experience. Shemarie provided amazing customer service and made everything easy and enjoyable. They also had exactly what I came for, the Fallout Survival Kit. Definitely a solid first impression!

I like this place since it's open late and has reliable qulity fast food. Everything here tastes good and has wonderful texture. The staff are competent at their jobs and work efficiently.

The chicken is amazing, but the mac & cheese is disappointing. Don’t be fooled by the “hot” level—go with mild if you don’t want to burn your throat 🥵 1⭐️ customer service Placed an online order and arrived on time, but the staff completely ignored me. My order was sitting there ready, and when I asked about it, I was told (Marie) “I’m busy” with no effort to check or communicate. After waiting and even leaving to move my car, I came back to find out it *was* my order the whole time—now cold. $35 wasted on cold food and poor service. If I wanted that, I would’ve ordered delivery. Really disappointing experience—won’t be coming back.

The Chicken was seasoned really well the taste was delicious & Dave's hot was definitely 🔥 The icey was perfect to help cool me off 👌

***FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS*** We were in the Miami, Wynwood area during labor day weekend. The streets were crowded, vibes were nice. We had our drinks, and the music blasting was cool. We wanted to try something new and decided on Dave's Hot Chicken. The atmosphere was cool. Graffiti on the walls, dining area Clean, service was on point. The only con I had was, there was only 1 working restroom... the other was "out of service". Being that there was only one working, it wasn't clean. We voiced our concerns, and one of the workers went right in, cleaned and bleached the restroom with no hesitation. I didn't get her name, but she was so pleasant from the time we stepped up to the counter. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted so good. We ordered the #3 which was a chicken slider, 1 tender and Fries, and an extra tender on the side. The food didn't disappoint. We will be returning
