Five Guys in Miami did not disappoint. The burger was juicy, fresh, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Fries were also amazing — crispy, well-seasoned, and they give you a huge portion. Definitely one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had. I walked in and asked if I could use the bathroom mind you I’m very pregnant! The lady Kate b was cashier and said “ you have to buy something” with a strong attitude. I then said I was going to and after I used the bathroom I came and ordered.when I was ordering she was staring me up and down like she was gonna do something ! When they called for my order they screamed our number so loud, we felt rushed to get it ! We then open the bag we had missing items and our bacon burger was missing everything & have no buns!! So as I walked up to say something everyone was like “here’s the problem “ when I have done nothing! They made this an issue I was trying to get me food and leave! But after that I didn’t trust it!! The manager was very nice but everyone else should be revalued !!!

I was at Five Guys recently and I enjoyed the experience. My burger tasted incredibly good as the ingredients used were fresh and of high quality. The patty was cooked perfectly, being juicy and full of flavor while the toppings were crunchy with an intense taste. Moreover, it was possible to personalize my burger in any way I wanted that made it feel special. The service was also remarkable. They are pretty fast, efficient and friendly people who quickly prepared my meal. Not once did they compromise on food quality despite being fast. This eatery had a clean, well-organized look and created a warm atmosphere for those who visited. In particular, there was an open bar policy for beverages within no limits. This came as an added advantage because my thirst could be quenched several times over hot days like this one. With excellent food offerings complemented by exceptional service, going to Five Guys became a memorable experience for me. Thus, I will most certainly return here to relish their tasty burgers and amazing ambiance in general.

This was my second visit in the past month, and unfortunately, it confirmed that the issues here are not a one-time thing. Both times, the wait was unreasonably long for what is supposed to be fast food. My first visit took about 20–25 minutes for a simple order with only a couple of people ahead of me. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because it was close to closing time. Yesterday, however, I came earlier in the evening with a friend, and the experience was almost identical. I waited around 20 minutes for a basic hot dog, and my friend waited over 25 minutes. This is simply not acceptable for such a simple menu item. What made it worse was the pace and attitude of the kitchen staff. They were visibly unmotivated, moving slowly, and overall created a very negative atmosphere. You could feel that they didn’t want to be there, and that energy transferred directly to the guests. On top of that, my order was made incorrectly (missing bacon), which I didn’t even bother to fix because the overall experience had already been frustrating enough. The only positive was the cashier, who was friendly and professional. For the price point, the quality and service just don’t match expectations. There are plenty of other places nearby that offer better food, faster service, and a more welcoming environment. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

We were greeted by R?mani S., who was unfortunately quite rude. She rushed us through our order and wouldn't listen to how we wanted our order to be even though there was no one else waiting in line behind us. While the burger itself was fine, the poor customer service ruined the experience. I definitely don't recommend this location.
