Diana is such a sweet heart that she makes me want to go to Wendy’s instead of McDonald’s or Burger King. Honestly it’s such. Much better fast food restaurant ! I know I can’t be the only that that thinks this way?! I love the sugar cookie and I love how Diana is willing to heat them up for me she’s amazing & I love her for that !

Very disappointing experience. My order arrived incomplete, the Baconator, the most expensive item was missing. The Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe was not deluxe at all, just a dry burger with pickles and onions. If you’re going to stay open late, please pay attention to the orders. Ordering delivery is supposed to be convenient, not a waste of money.

I’ve had the worst experience here a few months ago.. i accidentally didn’t ask for my burger plain because i was in a rush to go back to work.. and when i told her to please change it she literally threw it on the floor and screamed at me.. I’ve never been treated like that before in my life getting fast food and the owner needs to check their workers asap. All the other younger girls are nice though and the food is usually fresh but that was the only bad experience I’ve had from this place. Definitely you can go but if they’re rude don’t say i didn’t tell you so.

This is one of the last old school looking Wendy’s I know of in Miami, all the rest have closed or been remodeled. The food is excellent and the service is usually very fast except for earlier in the day when there is nobody at the counter. I imagine the land is worth much more than the restaurant so they are just waiting out the lease at this point which is why they haven’t been updated.

I was nearly about to come out after finishing a long call, I've been told I can't park here with no clear reason for "parking.". Despite me telling their managers to please have patience and have a good day, I get told off for giving her some kind advice for someone whom has work in fast food. I leave hungry and not a care in the word for people who just love to flap their gums on their 9 reason why they don't need patience. Lady it's WENDY'S, fast food makes you understand patience or you can get a better job that is more suited for you taste. They need to assests with their managers, poor customer service if I could give you no stars I would. Good luck an may God bless you.
