While walking along the beautiful views of channelside, we decided to try this fast food burger place. The burgers were good for fast food. The manager and staff were working extremely hard because it was so packed. I have to do a review on how non stop hard they were working to keep up with all the orders.

Don't go here. Place was a mess. Manage was just standing and chatting with her friend. Everyone was waiting at least 25+mins for their food. If the front of the house was this dirty I can't imagine how much worse the kitchen is. The oil that is use to cook the fries needs changed. That's why the fries are dark.

Went with my boyfriend thinking it would be a quick meal because we were both starving. Put in our orders which was just 2 burger meals one with onion rings one with cajun fries. While we were waiting we noticed a literal mountain of trash by the trash cans some even being on the floor because of how much had overflowed, I wish I got a picture but an employee did eventually clean it up. Took like 35 minutes to finally get our food, multiple people had gone up asking if their order was ready cause they had been waiting so long. We got our food and the cajun fries were nearly black & overcooked, and my boyfriends onion rings are shown in the pictures. He ended up not eating them although I somehow managed to eat my black fries😭 There’s nothing really worth mentioning about the burgers they were fine besides being very small, we got singles and they were not very filling for 2 people with small appetites. The workers seemed like they were trying but it still took a very long time for mediocre food at best

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by the Channelside BurgerFi for the first time and was seriously impressed. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how a burger should be. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout to Nathan, the owner. Even on my first visit, it was obvious how much he cares about his customers and the quality of the restaurant. Taking the time to be present and engaged with guests makes a big difference. Great first impression and definitely not my last visit.

I happy to see that great customer service still exists. First time dining in at the restaurant. Nathan greeted my family, very friendly and respectful. My kids ask him had chocolate milk. His reply “I got something better, a chocolate milkshake”. After putting our food order he instead that the milkshake were free. Again so glad that good customer service still exists. It’s the small that leave a lasting impression.
