Do better. I ordered my kids dinner as a treat. Instead of getting two 12 piece and fries, I got one 12 piece. I've included a photo of the receipt in case you wanted to refund me, but I doubt that will happen. I'm sure everyone knows how fun it is to have dinner for one of you kids but not the other. This was a generational error. The 8 year old volunteered to eat left overs to keep the 6 year old from having a melt down. But I can tell you that you lost him as a super customer for his lifetime. Do better and realize that your lack of attention to detail has consequences on your customers. I will make sure to update this weekly to maintain its place as you scroll. Do better.

Not sure what happened. My two chicken sandwiches were pretty dry. I got a deluxe chicken and a spicy chicken. Both were heavier than usual breading. Both seemed to be overcooked. Not juicy, just dry. I was disappointed. Didn't finish either of the them. Fries, nuggets, sun joy were rocking it! I was a little surprised to see employees not making eye contact when I waited for someone to give me a refill. It's like they knew if we made eye contact they'd have to help me.

Whoever was passing the orders to the other respectful and kind employee to hand to the driver aka me in the drive thru around 12:27pm check the camera. Had an attitude for no reason. To be upset that i asked for an empty cup is crazy. Maybe don’t work at fast food if your attitude is because someone is asking for something.

Yes, it’s a chick-fil-A and you know what you’re gunna get. Though, in terms of fast food this felt like a fine dining experience. The service was impeccable. A worker sanitized a high chair for us, we had servers handing out mints and others helping with refills. We were pleasantly surprised with how helpful and happy everyone was! Will for sure go again.

Great customer service. Had lunch around 1pm. It was busy and the restaurant is clean and appropriately staffed. Bathrooms are clean. Food came out quick, hot, and with the order correct. All the staff was exceptional and pleasant.
