Five star ⭐ a quick trip through the drive through. Order # 4 Was a little wait about 6-7 minutes from ordering to food to being handed to me. The placement of things in my bag is why I'm giving it a five star firstly but not the only reason. Neat and tidy and more than one napkin. It's about the smallest details sometimes and this was it! Also those chilly cheesy fires were fire! Not too much just right if ya ask me. Burgers are always good even if they came out cold which they didn't! Great job to everyone! This was four days ago around 4pm only car in line soooo whoever was working! Great service, friendly and had great manners! If I take the ride from citrus county for Crystals I know I rather drive the extra 28 minutes to this one and not the one in GAINESVILLE... Also I think this place should be at least a 4.6 ⭐ and not a 3.6..... I had to come back and edit this: @krystal CITRUS COUNTY NEEDS ONE... Up and coming lecanto has the room for one more spot!!!!!

I am a big fan of Krystal restaurants. Its been a while since I've visited one. I specifically went out of my way, a good hour, just to get a bag full of Krystal burgers. Pull up to the only Krystal in Tampa. 11PM on a Saturday night... not a car in the parking lot or in the drive-thru. When have you EVER seen this at a Krystal. Ok, maybe this is just fluke. So, we order through the drive thru. We're treated like we're a huge inconvenience to the staff, as if, "how dare you come here." No thank you, nothing. The food was cold as if it had been there for over an hour. Bag handed to us, window shut. Nothing. Had to honk our horn to ask for some damn napkins. Seriously? This place is a disgrace to Tampa. Now I know why Taco Bell is so busy. Good riddance. Never again.

Let me say this: Jennifer and Arron did an amazing job with our family of 15. The service was fast and accurate, and everything was delivered promptly, even though there were only two of them working. I say give them a reason to celebrate because they truly deserve it today.

We decided to drive down from Pasco for my husband's birthday. All he wanted was sliders. And they delivered! Fresh, hot food. Awesome and personable customer service! We'll be back for sure!

I usually stick to the classic Krystal burgers when I come to Krystal, but when I saw they had something new on the menu I decided to give their new fish sandwich a shot, and wow—what a tasty surprise! I honestly wasn't sure what to expect from a fast-food fish slider, but the quality really impressed me. The breading was perfectly crispy, had a great flavor, and the fish inside was hot and flaky. It wasn't greasy at all, the pickles and the tartar sauce gave it just the right amount of yum. If you're looking for something different or a solid meat-free option, I highly recommend grabbing a few of these. I only wish I didn't have to drive so far to get my Krystal fix.
