Awesome Shake Shack location. The area was nice to walk around and the vibes at the restaurant fit well. The food was so good. Hot and fresh. Love the Smoke Stack burger. Gotta go triple patty with that one

Great fast food with fresh ingredients and FLAVOR! We really didn't hold back and ordered way too much food. Since it was my first time there, we tried to taste a little bit of everything. Everything tasted great but it was a bit heavy and rich for me. Definitely tasty fast food. The staff was so extremely kind and helpful. Would recommend this place over most fast food restaurants. *** Try the Shake Shack burger, it's the best!!

I love this shake shack location. I always go in person and the food is always good. I had no time to go inside this day so I decided to order online for the first time and the burger was alright. They gave me a small piece of lettuce and burger wasn’t well done like how I requested on the app… I guess it’s better to dine in than order online..

Extremely disappointed! After traveling all day to tampa from washington state, all I wanted was a good burger and shake and everyone raved about this place so I was excited to try it. The fries were insane, they were soggy, not even slightly crispy and had no flavor or seasonings at all. The burger was smashed to an absolute pulp, swimming in grease and was even missing the bottom bun. Pretty sad when the pickles were the best part

Burnt burger and burnt cheese. Threw this away. Unacceptable.... The young lady who bought the order to me was very nice and polite. However the individual working the grill on the evening of 04-16-2026 around 10:00pm. Please do better. People are struggling out there right now and sometimes a good burger can change their day for the better.
