Wow!!! Everything was puurrrrfect ! I was scared cuz of the low reviews and I drove 20 minutes cuz I kept seeing ads on Facebook and I am completely satisfied. Customer service at the drive thru window was 10/10. I don't know who that polite super helpful beautiful big girl was in the drivethru at 11:30pm at night but thank you for making sure everything I ordered was in the bag. She had excellent customer service 🙏🙏🙏 And my food was well made with fresh ingredients. Location is sketchy tho at night cuz of the strip club attracting weirdos in the parking lot. A lot of police presence at night. Do not speed in this area at all. Saw like 8 police cars in 5 minutes. Delicious food 💯... most likely it was a good crew that night as most places are hit and miss. But food here tasted better than Culvers.

I live in Pinellas County and there’s not a sonic anywhere around me so when I found this one across from the Jerry ulm dealership, I was thrilled. I did sit in the drive-through for 10 minutes. Totally worth it. By the way well Kevin (I believe that’s what he said his name was ) being the only person working the front handled every customer with poise professionalism, and he got us out of there as quickly as he could. He also covered my $.59 So I wouldn’t have to use my card! Shout out to Kevin at the sonic on North Dale Mabry you’re doing it right my guy!

I have lived in nine or 10 different states in my adult life. And I have been two dozens of sonics whereas my weakness is that Route 44 Cherry limeade. This restaurant is by far THE WORST One I have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude and often ignore the call buttons and customers. Even when you order through the app and you hope that your order is ready before you arrive. You still have to wait 20+ minutes for your order or to even be acknowledge that you’ve arrived. They often will mess up your order and add flavors or make a completely opposite flavor than what you want. When you ask for extra cherries, you get maybe two or three total when you ask for light ice, you still get a ton of ice when you asked for flavoring, they overpower the flavoring of additional items to your drink is not enjoyable. The trash cans are often overflowing. This store needs a complete revamp from staffing and. management because this store is completely disgusting in sense of service and order Care

Host - Miguel is going out of his way to provide great service. He came out to the car as the speaker was not working and took our order. He payed attention to our special request and even unlocked the restroom for us. Miguel delivered our food in no time flat. Great job! Food - Chili dog made to order correctly. Tater Tots warm, not fresh. Chocolate shake, the bomb! Appearance - Menu boards look dated, parking lot and restrooms clean. Overall - Noting we pay for now days is worth it; everything is overpriced. For the price, Sonic value is still there. Food quality is good and the drive up concept is convenient. Visit again - Yes, well keep Sonic on our list.
