We came here yesterday to get a minions kids meal and the new cookie dough frosty. The food was pretty good and fresh and the new frosty flavor was awesome, but it melted it quickly quickly so I didn’t like the fact that the ice cream wasn’t like real solid and the cookie dough chunks were pretty big but other than that the food food was great. The service was pretty good and we overall enjoyed our experience at Wendy’s.

The employee at the drive-thru window (a thin woman with red hair and very long nails) was noticeably rude. In my opinion, nails that long are impractical and unhygienic for someone handling food and drinks in a restaurant. She displayed a poor attitude, rolled her eyes when I pointed out an error with my order, and responded dismissively. I had specifically requested my drink without ice, but it was prepared with ice. When I politely reminded her of my preference, she became aggressive in tone. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this Wendy's location.

It's a Wendy's. No different than the other 1,000 Wendy's location. Even though its marginally decent food, you can always expect it to taste the same as any other location. I will give an extra star for that. This location specifically has outstanding customer service, which cannot be said for every location.

If I could give a zero star review this would be the place. I walked in and instantly felt the negative environment coursing through my toes. When I stepped up to order my food ($5 biggie bag) the cashier woman gave me the worst attitude. Her tone and her demeanor was unwelcoming and distasteful. It doesn’t end there, this is just the beginning of my Wendy’s horror story. I wanted to fill up my poor empty Owala, however when I was trying to simply fill it up with water I was yelled at my the cashier in the most rude way. It left me full of embarrassment and shaken to the core. I heard my name being called, my order was ready. Once I sat down, and took a bite out of my chicken sandwich that I was looking forward all evening, my teeth touched something quite unusual. My chicken sandwich was completely raw. The breading surrounding the chicken was green and moldy. (See attached image) I walked up to the cashier and showed her my raw meat, and she looked me up and down and laughed at my raw chicken sandwich. She did not offer me anything else besides her rude behavior as well as another disgusting mediocre chicken sandwich. This review is not to bash on Wendy’s but to warn customers. Hope you have a better day than I did.

Staff was excellentl. Fast, fresh food, smiling faces. Both of my orders were correct. Short wait. They were very personable calling you by first name when order is ready. I'd go to this location more but ai live in Temple Terrace. Great job to all.
