I used the drive thru. I got up to the speaker and waited and waited. It made me think, should I move forward to the windows? Finally I said, hello. A voice came on and said we're short-handed and she'll be with me. It didn't sound apologizing, but irrational, like I should know! She took my order, no hiccups no thank you. Maybe just a small acknowledgement, like, I'll be with you shortly or in a moment would be better customer service? I went another time and when I drove up no greeting, when I got to the first windows to pay, I asked the man, are you folks still short-handed? His reply was, no we just have people that don't want to work! The second windows, the lady hands me the packages, no greeting, no thank you're. On top of that she looked really mad! People need to do better!

Went thru drive thru ordered the Cinnabon pull apart .. You would think you'll have at least nice and hot right nope . Da fricken thing was hard and cold .. So that means you paying for something suppose to be hot/warm and ready to eat. Until you realize it's hard and cold and you have to heat it up yourself ....No can That

Unfortunately the large fries that came with the my combo meal appeared to be 1/2 empty! The drive through and delivery from here is always disappointing.

I ordered the Cobb salad through online ordering and I noticed that when I sat down to eat it, there was no chicken or bacon on it. No meat whatsoever. Staff need to do better in quality checking orders. This is crazy. A complete waste of money!!
