FOLLOW UP: Thanks for the canned response to my review. The email you sent me was addressed to "Customer", not me. And you tried to blame DoorDash for the wrong item in the bag. Sad. The link you sent in the email to respond with is a dead end. Horrible customer service. Five Guys, you dropped the ball. I had a DoorDash delivery on 1/16/26 and did not receive what I ordered. I have attached pictures to support this review. First, I have never had an issue with this store, they have always fulfilled my orders with no problem. This order was the same as the last one except I received what looked like a little kids order of fries, not the $7 regular fries. Check the picture for reference. While I'm sure it's an oversight when it was busy, it's an inconvenience to the person receiving the order. I had delivery for a reason, I can't rush back to the store to correct the error and I am pretty sure no one from the store is going to bring me the correct order. I did not contact the store because, why? Nobody there cares. Complaining about an order of fries sounds nitpicky, but if you make the same error 10 times a day it's a problem. Do Better.

I ordered a bacon burger with tomato and lettuce. Apparently the grill guy can't read the order correctly i asked for no cheese and put cheese on it. Even though my recipe just shows a bacon burger. In the past they done the same thing, why choose to not go to five guys anymore for the same thing happens at different locations.

Our first time trying and not impressed. I got the little bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and a drink. He got a regular bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. The total was 40$. For 20$ a person, I could've gone to an actual sit down restaurant and gotten a real meal. It just absolutely wasn't worth it. Taste was fine but nothing to write home about. That's the only reason it gets more than one star.

Once again tried to see if five guys would follow instructions on a simple order and again was charged for a third patty and got what looks like two patty’s and I would hardly call it that.

Well, today I ordered only one regular size Cajun fries and received a portion for the cost of the regular that looked less than the portion I would receive with the little size when they would use the cups. I asked and they told me that they have switched to bags now and this is the sizing. The food was always expensive and so I didn't eat here very often or treat it like other fast food but the change of value on the fries really does me in today. Have been a big fan of five guys since about 2012 and this is probably the last time I will eat here.
