I'm a visitor to the Baltimore area. I am at a convention and this was in walking distance but the area is very sketchy. While walking there I saw someone on the sidewalk who I hope was just sleeping, and a drug deal going on. There are only 3 seats available to sit at (which were taken), and the ordering kiosk did not give me a receipt. At least they got my order right, which was better than some McDonald's! Also, the ice cream machine was not working.

By far this is the worst McDonald’s I ever seen. This McDonald’s came from being a place you could sat down and eat Sunday breakfast to the pits of just nothing. Before the cashier would come out and give you refills at the table ask if your meals was great. I did a mobile order went inside for pick up it was terrible. My entire order was wrong. The customer service team was in a disarray. How do you get a mobile order incorrect. Everyone hanging outside you cannot get inside the restaurant to pick up your order. Not good hospitality whatsoever:(!

I am pissed off by this McDonald's on 25 howard st. It's too small and makes you feel claustrophobic. Years ago, a 100 hundred people can fit in there and now, ten. The food was too salty, the cashier cheated me out of 4 cents, and was too dark inside. Black floors, black walls, and black ceilings and a broken wheel chair elevator. No outside light can barely come though. Never coming there again until they renovated and make it bigger and brighter. Smh

Mid at best. Hashbrowns were lukewarm and not hot, has an operable street-facing service window but makes you come inside to the cramped vestibule to pick up mobile orders and will send you back into the vestibule to pick it up instead of just handing it to you at the main counter if you just so happy to go all the way inside. Not very impressed and will probably not patronize again.
