The food was absolutely delicious. That said the staff was rather difficult and rudely stringent on the concept of refills. Which they only became that way after offering an intial refill to my niece. When the other members of my family asked for refills their true customer service colors came out. The bathrooms were unclean and not accessible forcing woman to use the men's room. I recommend as a get your food and get out. If you want any level of hospitality go elsewhere.

I should have listened to the other reviews on here. The food I recieved was freezing cold, and parts of my order was missing. I ordered the fried pickles as a side and they were awful - it was just bits of over fried batter. The food has clearly been sitting there for a while, and nothing is made fresh to order. You can see all the cooked food sitting there behind the counter. I usually love Popeyes, but this experience was honestly enough to put me off having it again. I'm surprised this branch is still open to be honest.

Store is clean and modern looking. Food came out pretty quick and was hot. But every employee looked tired and emotionless. Short rushed customer service. When I asked for sause for my tenders I got just one ranch and the employee walked away before I could ask for another.

This Popeyes has a bathroom that is similar to a panic button in a bank. If you want to use the restroom here somebody at the front desk has to press a button over and over and over again to let you in. And they won't press the button unless you buy something. So basically if you want to use the restroom here you're required to buy something. And that's something they do in Europe not in the United States of America. For that reason it gets one star.

Solid chicken. My issue is with the constant understaffing of this place. It's bare bones crew to where even a single team members bathroom break can cause chaos, which means the owner is working those people like slaves instead of hiring a floater to ensure consistent operations...and pocketing the profit. I like my chicken with a little less slave labory conditions. And consider if your workers are that stressed the customers WILL see and feel it. Tell the owner to stop being cheap and to hire 1 more floating staff member for the team especiallyto cover the lunch rush. Please and thank you.
