I usually don’t complain but check this out, the service here will change your mood. First and foremost if your at the drive thru be able to speak in clear English and understand it. It’s only fair to the business and customers. Second if you ask what do I want, I tell you and you repeat it, I should get what I pay for. It is really simple to sprinkle a little seasoning across the food and if they can’t do that then give other people who want to work a chance

DEAF DISCRIMINATION ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I am a Black Deaf woman, and I recently visited this Popeyes location to order food through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The employees refused to accept my written order on my iPhone notes and kept speaking to me, even though it was clear that I am Deaf. They showed no understanding of how to communicate with someone who cannot hear or lip-read. Instead of accommodating me, they called a security guard, who also spoke to me as if I could hear. This lack of training and awareness is unacceptable. I even informed them that denying me access to order through the drive-thru is a violation of the ADA law. They repeatedly told me to come inside to place my order, and when I declined, they called the police on me. This behavior was appalling and discriminatory. I would like management or corporate to take action to ensure the staff receives proper training on how to interact respectfully with Deaf or hard-of-hearing customers.

Paid $25+ and didn’t receive my chicken sandwich, fries, or sauces. What I did get looked like it was cooked in old grease — dark, soggy, and not crispy at all. Very disappointing experience.

It was great until the customer and around 3 employees were about to fight..didn't feel safe. Sometimes you just got to ignore people and thats exactly what the workers should have done.
