Every time I go to this Wendy's located at 901 McCulloh St, Baltimore, MD 21201 I feel like some of the employees there treat me with some sort of animosity. I really don't like their customer service, and I feel like I'm being played with and not being respected whenever I'm getting food from this location. I don't like going to this Wendy's location and would NEVER go to this location if it wasn't so close to me. I would NOT recommend and/or suggest anyone to go to this Wendy,'s if they can avoid it, especially and specifically because of the employees and how I feel like I've been disrespectfully treated. I really hope Wendy's replaces some of the rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate employees that work at this Wendy's location however it has to be done, otherwise I'd intentionally make it a priority to go out of my way to NOT go to this specific horrible Wendy's location at 901 McCulloh St.

Came through drive through which was 20 min but on the other hand my food was hit and fresh

First off we don't even do fast food but when we do get a lil urge then we want it to be good. No salads, no chocolate Frosty's, no ketchup. Need I say more😐. It was so bad my sister asked the cashier, "were they going out of business." It's a BIG NO for us.

I orders 2 biggie bags from doordash. 1. The bag was extremely small so I knew my kids food was messed up. The store didn't put any fries in the bag, and no nuggets. Got the wrong drink supposed to be Fanta orange got HiC. Burgers were smashed and drinks watered down.. smh
