First I was in drive thru where a customer and worker started arguing and fighting then received my food incorrect got all the way home in bed went all the way back for them to give me another big bacon classic with two small pieces of bacon my first one had none on it this place is a joke idk how they still in business

Can't even read an UberEats order correctly. I took off cheese, tomato, and mayo and it was ALL there. I hate cheese so much, and I only have so long on my lunch break. I get that these employees are probably overworked and under paid, but who isn't???? If I'm spending money I earned what I'm asking for should be correct.

ATP…. Don’t even order from this Wendy’s through food apps….especially at night…because whoever the person is that does the orders don’t even BOTHER TO READ THEM! I ordered a Dave’s double combo no cheese, no tomatoes, no pickles…. And 4 piece kids meal (MISSING) The amount of sheer laziness this restaurant has is ridiculous. It’s careless nobody wants to go somewhere where the employees don’t do their jobs and don’t care if they do it right or not…. But if they go to someone else job they expect good service…. Give it first….it’s bad service period… they just throw stuff in a bag and saying “welp…. Submit for a refund…” instead of just DOING YOU JOBS RIGHT. I’m one who supports hospitality/retail/ food service workers but this utterly ridiculous… however they really don’t deserve pay raises.The pics will say enough.

First time at this store , I walked in after a long road trip as I walked in I was greeted by the cashier Dashayla I asked if they sell milkshakes she said no , I however needed to use the bathroom really bad I asked could I please use the bathroom she said no you have to buy something I insured her I was going buy something but I just needed sometime to look at the menu cause is was my first time and I just had to use the bathroom cause I’ve been driving half of the day driving is what I do for a living I work with Maryland department of a transportation the bathroom situation became such a big issue that I had to speak to the Manager The overall experience was horrible. The Manager was rude.The cashier was rude and the overall condition of the store was horrible, . Shift manager and employees was very unprofessional I ended up just a large vanilla frosty The Manager said “Nah you can’t use the bathroom unless you buy sometime baby “ he did not diffuse the situation already at hand with the cashier, but instead he increased the problem.

I went to pick up my order at the drive-thru and encountered an employee whose behavior was poor and unprofessional. He spoke rudely during the interaction, which made for an unpleasant experience. This incident occurred on Sunday night around 1:15 AM. As Wendy’s is an international company, I believe this matter should be taken seriously and addressed by management to ensure better customer service in the future.
