WORLD CUP: THEY CANNOT HANDLE IT. Operations collapsing. Multiple ppl asking for a manager since they’ve been waiting for the longest and once they get the order, it’s wrong!! I got an iced tea that tastes like a hint of all of those new drinks.. shut down this location. 2026: Milk and no coffee in this drink. Cannot follow basic instructions. UPDATE: (because it’s too cold to walk to the other one) THEY STILL SUCK; and the Male manager working cannot run smooth operations. They see new people arrive, but don’t ask them if they’re waiting for a order or what their number is. It’s as if they expect me to know when my order is ready and then ask, but there’s no one to ask because they just ignore you and call out numbers they want to call. 2025: I have been going to this McDonalds for over 3 years and the inconsistency is ridiculous. I order the same simple coffee every day and the same employees still cannot follow basic instructions. It should not be this hard to make a correct coffee order. When you go back to fix what you already paid for, they act bothered instead of just doing it right the first time. After years of the same issues, I am done. I will be avoiding this location due to their constant negligence and inability to prepare even the most basic order properly.

I ordered a simple $5 value meal and a cheeseburger, and it inexplicably took 30 minutes. To be clear, the kitchen was doing a great job pushing out food without any issues. The problem was entirely with the four front counter staff members. These four seemed to have absolutely zero concept of teamwork. There was a literal mountain of paper bags piling up on the counter, yet no one bothered to pack the items or call out order numbers. Everyone in the lobby was just standing around waiting. I quickly realized that the only way to get your food here is to walk up, wave your receipt, and push them to do their jobs. Only then would they magically "discover" your order, assemble it, and hand it to you. What truly angered me, though, was witnessing how they treated an elderly gentleman who had been waiting for a long time. He politely held up his receipt to ask about his order, and these staff members completely ignored him—multiple times. He spoke directly to them, and they just pretended he was invisible. It was unbelievably rude and heartbreaking. These four workers are absolute geniuses—the "Fantastic Four" of fast food. Just phenomenally "efficient" at doing absolutely nothing. Management seriously needs to review the security cameras and retrain this front-counter team.

One of the best fast food joints around. McDonald's stays ahead of the competition by constantly tweaking and adjusting its strategic plan.

This was about one of the only options for dining very late. The City closes pretty early and the bars shut down at 2:00 a.m. we waited about 10 minutes for our food there was quite a bit of people at the location because of its close proximity to Boston Commons and the theater district. Food with fresh. The bathroom on the other hand was a different story it was filthy and there was no toilet paper for anyone.
