Shake Shack Newbury Street

Not sure if only one person could handle online orders at this location… but I was trying to get the attention of the staff who was just standing behind the registers to get my online orders and was ignored for a good five minutes.. Then finally my savior, this nice guy came to grab my order that was less than 1 foot away. The smoke shack was spicier than I thought but delicious still!

The burger and fries were delicious and fresh, reasonable price, this place was too busy at night of 4 th of July and our order prepared with a delayed. There was no napkin on tables. The place was good and comfortable some stairs up.

I visited the Shake Shack on Newbury Street and absolutely loved the atmosphere - it's such a nice and lively spot. The food was delicious as always, and I went specifically to try the Dubai shake. It was really tasty and definitely worth trying, although I still think the one from Nuts Factory is the best Dubai chocolate in the world. Still, a great experience overall and I'd definitely recommend stopping by!

Great burgers, our service was fast and friendly. Portions could be larger, but it was what is expected from a chain spot. There are stairs down into the restaurant, so I'm not sure about wheelchair/handicap access, which is unfortunate but common on Newbury St.

First time at a Shake Shack. The food presentation looks like what you would ne served at a friends home, not fancy or special looking. The taste was very good and made up for the presentation. This restaurant has two floors. The bathroom, on the lower floor, was clean. Parking and driving anyplace in Boston isn't easy, ideally you're in the area already. I had visited the Google Store a block and a half walk away.
