Wendy's food is nice if that's what you're after. The service in this store was slow and it wasn't even busy. It was dingy and a bit dirty and there was lots of time that they could've cleaned surfaces. Only visit if you really want a Wendy's burger.

NEW TEAM ALERT!! Such a great visit to my favorite Wendy’s! The team checked in with me to see if I was picking up, informed me of when my order would be ready and ‘put the icing on the cake’ when my order was delayed! Thank you!!

The chubby guy with the beard and his hair tied back is incredibly rude; he speaks disrespectfully to customers. I witnessed him verbally mistreating several DoorDash workers as well as customers. He gives the business a bad image. Thankfully, at least the young guy and the woman have good vibes, but that man is a boor who doesn't know how to treat people. This happened at 8:45 PM on 03/27/2026.

the food is just as good as every other wendys, customer service is amazing and the cashiers are extremely patient and nice, we even got 2 free frosties!

First time at Wendy's. We are from the UK and have obviously heard about Wendy's - it's definitely better than McDonald's but the one we went to in Boston was a bit ran down. The service was lovely, very polite, and the food was canny but didn't amaze me.
