Typical Five Guys restaurant. Friendly staff, fast service. This location is easier to get to from southbound Hennepin, the city prevented left turns on Hennepin. Maps doesn't know this yet. Fries are too expensive and you end up throwing too many out. I don't want to waste money on food I won't eat.

Got a milkshake and chunks started coming through my straw. Found this inside. They aren’t cleaning something. I’d stay away. Disgusting.

My friend was hungry and she offered to pay otherwise I would not go here on my own because the prices are ridiculous. I got a cheeseburger with the works so lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mayo & ketchup, I believe. Also I ordered a small fry and a regular drink and the total for mine came to $20 and some change. I was excited because they have a freestyle machine, I wanted to get Cherry Ginger Ale but I think the syrup needed to be refilled. The burger was decent nothing to brag about but it was definitely a bummer that they thought they had to consume my burger with way too much topping so when I got to it, it was basically a mess

I just walked into this location with no one in line. The guy near the counter made eye contact with me. I pointed to the kiosk he nodded his head telling me to use the kiosk. I started trying to use it but being my first time using their kiosk, I was having issues. I tried to get his attention but I could tell he didn’t wanna help as he seen me trying to get his attention. I began to figure it out but couldn’t figure out if I could get my jalapeños grilled as I usually do. A couple walks in and as they walk straight to the counter he goes and helps them while now making eye contact with me. I’m like forget it, I’ll eat something else. I walked out and went to my car and called to get the manager which was him but refused to give his name. I walked back and asked if he was the manager, and took a photo of him, he still has the phone in hand in the photo. I’m not sure of his issue but the lack of customer service will insure that if I’m craving a burger to go elsewhere.
