I guess the new veggie menu items come with secret chicken. We had two vegans in our party so we did taco bell because they had the options we needed. But surprise it wasn't listed in the ingredients and we double checked the order to be sure it wasn't added by mistake but they were full of chicken. They did offer a partial credit for those items on my next order. We threw them out and had to order from another place for their food. Waste of money and food. And the fact they didnt even offer a full refund on those two items makes it worse.

People dont tend to.eat in at a fast food place these days. So atmosphere is usually pretty stagnant. You'll likely be the only one of possibly 3 people eating in-store. And since they brought in the screens to order from service is definitely lacking. I went in on my lunch break and try to use cash to order and pay with. You will be standing around watching others come and go..what they dont tell you is you need to pay the girl behind the counter for your meal before they start to prepare it for you. Fast food chains especially taco bell should just have a walk up window and a drive thru cause in-store service is non existent. Human interaction for those kids anyway comes from immediate family or another online gamer. Never face to face. Customer service: 0 outta 10. Food is great! its a taco bell after all... hit the drive thru if you go. Service is second to non at the window.

This is a nice Taco Bell. I really enjoyed their service. They asked my partner's mom if she was a senior citizen, so she could get a good discount. The employee was thorough in repeating our order back and was very kind to all of us. The service was also very efficient. I really enjoyed our food, and it came out fresh! It was also very clean inside. I recommend going to this location!

My girlfriend went to pick up some food from here 1/7 and for some reason my beef quesarito was BITTER! Like literally BITTER! Tried to call to warn them that there's something wrong with their ingredients but they didn't answer. My girlfriends steak quesarito was just fine so I'm assuming it was their beef. Very dissapointing putting something in my body I'm not sure is safe.

The quesario that I had tried for the first time was oily like the hamburger was not drained all the way out due to rushing, and the sour cream inside tastes okay , but the fries were great and also was very tasty , but the customer service was on point and the atmosphere was great
