Wendy’s is the only place that listens when I ask for extra onions. The customer service is great, the staff are always so cheerful and friendly. The burger tastes satisfying, way better than most fast food places. Who ever manages this location is doing an excellent job. Their location on lake street is convenient for locals, but it’s not their fault that people going through a difficult time in life also frequent this Wendy’s. I mainly do drive through orders so this doesn’t affect my experience.

Very unprofessional and loud service. Arturo was rude, threw food at a customer, and served burned food. He also slammed the window whenever customers asked for simple things like ketchup. Others were laughing instead of helping, which made it worse. The customer ended up leaving to avoid escalation. I do not recommend this place at all. Completely unacceptable experience.

Yesterday I got a single bacon cheesy burger and a medium girl scout fusion guy told me $13 something did not get a drink or frys I said so it $6 for the burger and $6 for the malt? Not doing that again lower your prices some maybe I'll come back👎

Kind of expensive compared to others Family likes the wraps baked potato chili options And of course the frotsy malt always hits the spit.

Great place to get a quick lunch, there was no line to order and we got our food in less than 3 minutes. The food is good and the all the tables where clean
