I had a really disappointing experience at Arby's recently, and it honestly felt like everything that could go wrong did. First off, they completely forgot to give me my order—the “Biggie Meal” I had asked for wasn’t in the bag at all. I didn’t realize until I was already seated, which meant I had to go back up, wait again, and explain the situation while everything else I ordered was getting cold. On top of that, the dining room atmosphere was rough. They were blasting music from Rod Wave way too loud for a fast food place. I’m not even against the music itself, but the volume made it hard to talk or even think. It felt more like being in a car with the speakers maxed out than trying to eat a meal. Then there was the food itself. I decided to try the Meat Mountain since it’s supposed to be one of their more stacked, over-the-top items, but it ended up being pretty underwhelming. It looked a lot bigger and better in pictures than what I actually got. The portions felt smaller than expected, and it didn’t really have that wow factor you’d expect from something with that name. Between the messed-up order, the uncomfortable dining environment, and the disappointing food, it just wasn’t a great visit. I usually expect fast food to at least be quick and consistent, but this experience missed the mark on both.

Why is it sooo cold in here?!?! Once you finish eating your meal it instantly feels like you’re in the North Pole. Please turn down your ac!!! I get it if it’s 90 degrees in the summer but when it’s 60 degrees in the spring you don’t need the damn ac on

Something is wrong with your Diet Coke. It always tasted a little off but today, it’s BAD!! We pay for this stuff so if something is off stop selling it or fix it. Line be out the parking lot on weekends and you will sit in that line for an hour.

They did a great job on my daves double and the chicken tenders were really good as well. Everything was hot including the burger. Great meal thanks to everybody who works there! Great job.

Worker acted like they couldn’t hear us in the line, just to not make the order. Could literally see him paying games in his phone/other workers laughing. Great place to waste time.
