I have tries chicken fill A for the first time . I ordered their usual menu. The sandwich was so good . Besides , the sausage was too good . But i did not like their fries sonce it was not crispy and salty. Overall, the food was good and i recommend everyone should try this

I wanted to leave a review specifically because of Lamar. A few months ago at the Dodge Street Chick-fil-A in Omaha, I watched him do something that genuinely stuck with me. A customer had already pulled away and apparently forgot part of their order. Lamar immediately took off running through the grass to catch the car at the stoplight so he could hand them their food. Then he ran back to the outdoor counter and continued working. Today, I saw him again while going through the drive-thru line and finally got his name. Even now, months later, that moment still sticks with me. It was such a small act, but it showed incredible care and kindness. This location is always friendly and efficient, but Lamar truly made a lasting impression. He deserves recognition for the way he goes above and beyond for people. 🤍

This location has really gone down hill with quality and customer service! Since fast food is so expensive I would like to think at least chick-fil-a would continue to provide excellent food. The chicken they use on their biscuits and sandwiches used to be nice thick juicy pieces of chicken now the chicken is more like cheap Tv dinner mostly breading! (See pictures) I have introduced a lot of people to chicken-fil-a in the past and never once thought, “I hope they like it”. Because I knew they would. I have given this location multiple chances to get it right and they have failed every single time. Now I would feel embarrassed to bring someone who has never had their food to try it for the first time based off of my last multiple visits. Now, on to their drive thru! For a long time nobody could compete with their efficiency and professionalism when it came to their drive thru. But now, thanks to their App.. they have effectively ruined it for everyone who is unwilling to use the App to buy food! I’m sure I am not the only one who doesn’t want to give chick-fil-all of my personal information like my email, let them track my every move thru the app, etc… The only thing the app does for their guests is let them cut in line at the drive thru. If the app made it to where these people were separated at the food window it would be more fair to the LONG line that piles up due to these people’s order not being ready when they get there. Nothing infuriates me more than waiting for the person to take your order and watching 7 cars just drive on thru and making you wait for them. Now instead of maybe being 2nd in line I’m now 9th in line and have to wait waaaay longer than I would have. The only thing this app does is provide Chick-fil-a with free advertising and personal data. This App has effectively made Chick-fil-A customer service no better than Mc Donald’s.

Needed an order for 15 people on short notice after another company backed out on the order. No surprise, Chic Fil A responded immediately and got the order in on short notice. Good seeing a professionally run business take care of the customer!

The wait was ridiculous but it is Saturday so I get it but the Spicy Deluxe was mediocre. The chicken was okay but the greens were icky. Old tomatoes, they were mushy. Old lettuce with black spots. No thank you.
