I recently stopped by Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and ordered the Original Bacon & Cheese Double combo. Overall, it wasn’t bad — just not something I’d drive out of my way for. The steakburger patties were thin with those crispy edges, which is kind of their signature style. The bacon and cheese added good flavor, and everything was put together well. It’s a solid, straightforward burger that does the job if you’re in the mood for that smash-style texture. The fries were decent and paired well with the combo. Nothing amazing, but nothing disappointing either. It’s consistent fast-casual quality. Overall, it’s good for what it is. If I’m nearby, I wouldn’t mind stopping in again. But it’s not a must-visit destination for me — just a decent option when convenient.

I stopped in this evening on my way home because I wanted a sundae. The last few times I came in was not good and debated going to another ice cream place by my house. I really should have because the sundae I got was a real disappointment. I couldn't believe how much I paid for so little. The woman who waited on me was a delight though which was a big improvement from other times I've come in. I'll just have to remember to go to the other ice cream place instead though if I want quantity for the price paid.

I have stopped by here before in the drive thru but if i knew what it looked like on the inside i don’t know if i would have. It’s very icky looking like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. The food was okay overall. I enjoyed my hot honey chicken sandwich and had a lemonade. I traded my pickles for jalapeño and they pretty soft, not crisp which was interesting. My boyfriend didn’t have the same experience tho. He got the jalepeno burger and he had to check that it was cooked all the way because he said it was so mushy and he picked off the jalapeno because they were soft/slimy. He had to try three different drinks because they all had that “needs to be changed” carbonated taste. We also tried the burger tacos and both agreed it was good. But honestly i just couldn’t stop looking at all the grime around me. I know it’s fast food but it should still be presentable.

This was hands down one of the most disappointing experiences l've had at Freddy's. The Charleston and Decatur location should be embarrassed serving portions like this. lordered a regular Dirt and Worms sundae and was given something that looked like a mini cup. The portion was ridiculously small - not even close to a regular size. On top of that, they were extremely stingy with the toppings. TWO gummy worms and barely any Oreo crumbs? That's not a Dirt and Worms sundae. That's laziness. For what they charge, this felt like a complete rip-off. If you're going to cut corners, at least don't make it so obvious. Customers shouldn't feel cheated when ordering dessert. I will not be returning to the Charleston and Decatur location. I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes to another Freddy's than waste my money here again. Do better.

Disappointed, I ordered 3 bacon cheeseburger- super easy you’d think, just no mustard or ketchup- (mayo instead)… nope! Got home and they didn’t put any condiments on and the bun- I was wondering what happened! Just disappointed for the price!
