It's not bad, but it is nothing special. Would like the burgers to be slightly bigger, but the tots were good. I hear the shakes are really good, but I didnt try one. The best part about this place was its location connected to Fremont. It is quick and simple and will get the job done if you aren't too picky.

Ordered our food and I asked for mayonnaise and mustard on my burger. Hardly got any mayonnaise at all no mustard! And my husband was supposed to come with ketchup, but he didn’t have any ketchup at all like it was supposed to have. Here both burgers cheeseburgers and the fries were iced cold. So I went to ask for my money back and I told them the food was cold and I wanted a refund and I complained about my husband’s not getting ketchup on his burger. They were like well we were out in the back. That’s why we gave you some ketchup packets. I was like how rude couldn’t tell us in advance. But I just told him the food was cold so we just wanted our money back not to worry about it, and this was our very first time to eat there at this restaurant. We’ve never ate steak and shake before and it will be the last time not impressed.

It´s inside the Casino which is always cool, very nice and clean food court. Burgers are smaller than they look in the menu but their delicious, you can always fill them with fries and stack them hahah as seen in last pictures. Fries are thin and delicious, kind of bizarre no other place has them. They give refills to your drink. It´s right beside the Freemont Street Experience which is probably the main thing going on in downtown vegas.

We come here multiple times when we visit. Banana milkshake are THE BEST!!!!!! Burgers are so so good !!! Yes the line CAN be long. Yes sometimes they are tired and don't act like they want to be there. Sometimes. But it IS 24 hours and the lines CAN be long. And it's loud. But I have find them fun and happy more times than not. We love it here for sure!!!

loooove this! don’t know if it’s because i haven’t had anything to eat before eating here but the burger is amazing and the milkshake is soo good we got the butterfinger milkshake and the double double burger w cheese 💛😋 yummmy! i even googled their other locations in California 😎🤪 def worth the try
