My first encounter with chic, filled i was working a cord boared for ATT serious business during a walk out, I was handling my work in Cheyene and had all supervises to keep our customer's whom rocked tons of eating delicious chicken fillet and it was delightful & loved by all mgt.s like me keeping the doors open. It was one of my. Favorite Chick Fillet like I'd never had this field of offers & the best food we all were lucky to be finding the favorite food of over 98 people holding our customer then & now. Top notch food and my favorite forever. Try it, I day, you will not find any bererer like me, come on board with us. You will be glad you did James Napier sent

I’m really sad to say that this location of chick fill a was absolutely filthy dirty!!!!! The floor was extremely slippery because it was so greasy! There was food and drinks spilled on the floor in many places including right where you stand to place your order! And almost am the tables were dirty! Then my husband went to use the rest room and said it’s disgusting and walked out saying we won’t eat here again. I did make a comment to the workers and they were sweet and said they’d start mopping right away. Said they had a very rough day. Looks like they need some help corporate! We were visiting from Farmington NM where we are use to that chick fill a, which is always pristine clean!!

I TRULY hate this location in the mornings. I have not been here during the afternoons but the mornings are absolutely disorganized. Drive thru gets so backed up, staff looks so unhappy and have rude attitude. Today was my last straw at this location. Was waiting on my chicken bowl for about 15 minutes and no one was checking up on me till way later and asked what I’m waiting for. Not to mention, yall NEVER put the jalapeño salsa with the mean WHEN IT COMES WITH IT. I was beyond upset and I just wanted to take off. To the General manager, hire better people and actually help them out. Your morning crew needs to get with the program and have better guest service.

I went to the restaurant on Holly by San Pedro in Albuquerque. I have been frequenting this restaurant for years. Until recently this store was managed by Sharon and Mark Cook. Since the Cooks have left I have witnessed the gradual but undeniable degradation of the customer service here especially at the drive up window. There just is little attention to detail any more. I have been shorted on my order for the last 3 visits. And I'm talking items I had to pay for like green chile and even a Kale Salad. The new management is causing me to lose my faith in Chick-fil-a.

Imagine my surprise when I got a chicken nugget instead of a filet. Would love an explanation as to who thought this was a “filet.”
