Went here on 06/06/26 for dinner. There are no Jack in the box 's where I live so I haven't eaten at one for years. The experience was excellent. The food was great. The young men working there were very professional and helpful. Very cheerful. They made the experience better, which is difficult at any fast food restaurant.

I have just arrived from El Paso by bus in Albuquerque. I walked from the bus station to my hotel and I was very thirsty hungry and tired. I stopped in here and ordered a drink and something to eat. The curly fries and the onion rings were absolutely delicious. They did not look good but they tasted awesome. The drink was nice cool and refreshing. A small size is a huge jumbo size. The young man that served me was so polite and courteous. the restaurant was clean and well air-conditioned. It was quiet and I had Wi-Fi access. All in all a nice little fast food place to stop whenever you’re in a crunch and you need food.

It's ehh, the food is sometimes a hit or miss. This location is never busy for a reason. They forget to add your sauce half the time and their soda ALL tastes like a mix of all the other sodas. I've lived in the area for 4 years and yet to see improvements. Management needs to actually clean the whole establishment.

This location is probably the worst location in Albuquerque. I would rather drive to the one on Menaul that's 10 minutes farther because they actually never forget items when I go. I've paid for items that I never get here, I had to remind them of things that weren't even given to me at the time I got there. One thing is they don't even acknowledge you when you walk into this location. They pass you by multiple times before asking what you need. They are nice though when they finally get to you. It wasn't busy when I went (Monday around 7:25 pm), I always order cookies from this location and I never get them. They also always forget about my drink, tacos, sauces. My order was actually ready when I got there this time but since they never acknowledged me I had to wait like 5 more minutes which is fine, I'm patient when it comes to waiting. What I don't like is how they always forget items. That's money lost in this economy.

I’ve been to this Jack in the Box a few times and each time this Fast Food Restaurant did not disappoint, on this occasion I ordered the Munchie Meal (Double Jack with a Cheese) , along with three Egg Rolls, it was delicious, Whether it’s ordering a Spicy Chicken Sandwich or a Teriyaki Bowl, the food always hits the mark! Five Stars!
